A Corporate Awards Gala Dinner was designed and produced for 200 guests in a modern atrium in the client’s corporate meeting venue. The concept was to enhance the dramatic space, soaring ceiling and frosted glass walls. A goal of transforming the space not by masking the structure with drapery but by cost effectively backlighting all the glass walls and ceiling with LED lighting fixtures in a color scheme reflecting the corporate brand and invitation and awards graphics. Other focal points included a custom 45’ long triple bar, white polished dancefloor, sophisticated modern table design and DJ stage and podium. When the guests entered the event they were greeted by paparazzi style photographers in front of the branded VIP step and repeat background.
