The Washington D.C. Convention Center Exhibit Hall was transformed into a four-day event for 5,000 attendees gathering for prayer breakfasts, luncheons, and a final night gala for the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation.  The scale of the main stage set design needed to be visually dramatic with multiple large video screens.  The overall set was 300’ wide x 30’ high.  The modern design allowed for continuous visual changes with lighting and video content.  The 150,000 square foot hall was fully carpeted and draped floor to ceiling on the entire perimeter.  We provided all the technical services, including lighting, video, teleprompters, audio and full show scripting and stage management for over 50 speeches and entertainment acts.
