A Corporate Media general session stage set and two dinner events were produced for 200 guests at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Miami. The evening events venue was the hotel’s pool and private beach areas. A clear span tent structure was erected with leveled flooring, air/conditioning and glass doors. In “Miami” style the tent was lined with white fabric and custom white ceiling panels were suspended to mask the LED lighting and audio speakers. Sweeping white panels softened the ceiling to create a dramatic blank canvas for lighting, décor and unique table design.
