This event was a celebration and appreciation for the years of hard work to build a new custom home. The client wanted to accommodate 150 guests for an intimate party. To minimize the visual impact of a tent structure, and to implement a design that would enhance the natural surroundings we chose a clear span, clear skin tent to be erected directly on to their existing tennis court. The combination of the midnight blue color scheme accented with candles and the exterior lighting of the green foliage of the large surrounding trees created a dramatic yet subtle contrast. The tent lighting was turned off during the reception around the pool and cabana that started the evening’s festivities. This made the tent structure basically invisible. When it was time for dinner the guests were truly amazed as the lighting un-veiled the intimate and dramatic dining environment.
